Ordering Wedding Invitations and Stationery

For some inspiration, ideas and a collection of different styles available, please see my gallery. Please download the pdfs for ideas on fonts and colours. All my pieces are custom made. If you see something you like but want a different colour, just let me know. I am happy to work with you to create something individual which matches the style of your wedding. Background patterns and colours can be changed. Font colours can be changed and motifs can be changed. I can do a variety of different background cards, and if you want your own motif or artwork to match an aspect of your wedding i.e. flowers, dress etc. I can add that in place of the existing artwork. The invitation design is flexible, it's your invitation.
Invitation prices are based on an order of 100 invites. However, there is no minimum order quantity. RSVP cards and coordinating envelopes are included with custom orders. These samples are meant to show the range of invites I can do and the various different price options.
I included save the dates with some of my invites to show how the range would look and I think they're probably a good idea in these busy times but they are not essential and a lot of people just send out an invite. The same goes for the RSVP, some people prefer to add a note on the invite giving an e-mail to RSVP to instead of including a card.
You may also request to add additional backers, a pocketfold enclosure, ribbon, band, colour envelope and linings. Additional fees will apply.
Or you can request not to have a backer and/or ribbon to save more money per invitation suite. Self assembly is also a great option to help save pennies. Request self assembly when you order and I will send you a kit with all the required printed pieces and backers etc. at a discounted rate.
Coordinating Items
Matching RSVP Cards, Save-the-Date, Directions, Thank You Cards, Place Cards, Table Numbers, Menus, Stickers, etc. are available for all collections.
Photographs
I can incorporate your photograph into the design for a small fee. See photograph policies.
Letterpress
**Please note that a solid letterpress printed colour has variations from card to card. This is part of the handmade character of letterpress and I love it, but please know that each card will be a little different from the next.**
To Proceed ...
Once you find a style you like, order a sample, using the sample form. If you are happy with the sample and you would like to proceed to order, please contact me by telephone or email so that I can send you an order form or call you to take the order. Once you have placed an order, I require a 50% deposit prior to starting work on your invitations. The remaining 50% is due after final approval is received. Once I have received your order and deposit I will make up a set of proofs which will be sent to you to be approved and signed off or returned for edits prior to making your invitations. Two free sets of proofs are included in your order. If you require further proofs an additional charge of £5 will be added.
Production ...
Once you have signed off on the invitation design and final approval is given I will let you know the timeline and confirm a delivery date with you and proceed with making the order. I will email a progress report on your order during production. Depending on quantity please allow 2-4 weeks for completion. Rush orders are available for an additional fee. I will require the outstanding balance be paid just prior to shipping your order. I will send you an invoice at that stage.
Shipping ...
Shipping in the UK is done via Royal Mail and items are sent first class post. Please let me know at time of purchase if rush shipping is required. See the policies page for further information.
