Timeline
Once you have placed an order, I require a 50% deposit prior to starting work on your invitations. Two proofs are included in price. The remaining 50% is due after final approval is received. Depending on quantity please allow 2-4 weeks for completion. Rush orders are available for an additional fee.
Letterpress
**Please note that a solid letterpress printed colour has variations from card to card. This is part of the handmade character of letterpress and I love it, but please know that each card will be a little different from the next.**
Coordinating Items
Matching RSVP Cards, Save-the-Date, Directions, Thank You Cards, Place Cards, Table Numbers, Menus, Stickers, etc. are available for all collections.
Photographs
I can incorporate your photograph into the design for a small fee. Please try to provide a good quality photograph to ensure I can make a good reproduction. Photographs of children may only be used with parental consent.
Samples
Free Sample prints are available. Please fill in the sample request form. One sample is available per customer. If you require further samples a charge at item price will be applied, which will be redeemed when an order has been placed.
Payment
I accept PayPal (please note: you don't need a paypal account to pay through paypal), cheque or postal order. Payment is required within seven days of purchase for ready made items, after payment has been received and cleared, your ready made item will ship within 3 to 5 working days. Please make cheques / postal orders payable to Corinne Anyika Design.
Shipping
Shipping in the UK is done via Royal Mail and items are sent first class post. Please let me know at time of purchase if rush shipping is required.
Shipping to Europe takes approx 3-5 business days (depending very much on your countries postal service).
Shipping to the US takes approx 4-7 business days.
Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore etc. approx 7-10 business days.
The customer is responsible for any and all customs and duties charges made on international shipping.
Changing an order
I try to accommodate alterations in orders. I understand that sometimes changes have to be made. If changes are on not on orders already made up or printed (such as inserts) then it may be possible to make changes, I will see what I can do to help. I always send out a proof prior to production and require that you sign off on it and return it with any edits required. If there are errors on the proof and I am not informed when you return the signed proof I cannot be held responsible for these errors.
Cancellations
If some unfortunate event should occur and you have to cancel your order I will try to do what I can to come to an amicable agreement with you. This will depend on how far I have progressed with the order with regards to production and materials purchased to make the wedding stationery. If you have already signed off on the final proof and the stationery is ready to be shipped and is awaiting final payment then unfortunately I cannot cancel the order at this stage and full payment will still be required. Any refunds are at my discretion.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are unhappy with your purchase, contact me within 3 days of receiving it and I will try and resolve the issue as soon as possible.
If you need to return a purchase, please ship it back at your cost and in the item's original condition. Refunds will not be accepted if the item has been damaged.
Additional Policies and FAQs
Cards are packaged in a cellophane envelope which is protected by card each side and placed in a bubbled envelope, so they get to you in the best possible condition. I do like to reuse like-new packaging and boxes when possible, but let me know if you prefer a brand new box.
Copyright
The client is responsible for obtaining permission for printed reproduction of any material, poems, hymns, songs etc that is requested by the client. The client indemnifies A Little Birdie against any action brought against it for breach of a third parties copyright.
